2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Hybrid / Office-Based | Competitive Salary
We’re sourcing a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Services team. This is a great opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies while supporting a diverse client base.
Role Overview
*Resolve escalated IT issues across desktop, cloud, and infrastructure
*Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking environments
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
*Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line teams
*Maintain documentation and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
*3+ years IT support experience (incl. 2nd line)
*Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
*Experience with Azure, ITSM tools, and remote support
*Strong problem-solving and communication skillsWhat’s Offered
