Job Description:
I am working closely with a leading international law firm to appoint a Senior Business Development Executive into its Disputes practice, with a focus on Employment.
This role sits within a high-performing business development team supporting contentious legal practices and senior lawyers on complex, large-scale matters for major corporate clients. The successful individual will play a key role in driving BD activity across pitching, campaigns, client targeting and profile-raising initiatives.
Key responsibilities include drafting and coordinating pitches (including multi-jurisdictional RFPs), supporting and leading BD campaigns, organising client events and webinars, maintaining BD infrastructure and CRM systems, and overseeing legal directory and awards submissions.
I am looking to speak with candidates who have proven business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment, strong written and organisational skills, and the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders. Experience supporting disputes or employment practices will be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established BD professional seeking to build their profile within a demanding and collaborative legal environment. Hybrid working and a competitive remuneration package are on offer.
