*Up To £32,000 Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission – £44,000 OTE

Duties:
*Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit
*Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs, fostering transparency
*Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through manufacturer-led training programmes
*Identify additional service opportunities and promote repairs and maintenance based on technician recommendations
*Schedule accurate workshop appointments and confirm customer bookings pre-visit
*Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records within the dealership’s CRM system
*Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a positive experience at every visit
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a customer-focused Service Advisor environment within the motor trade
*Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and team members
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
*Experience working in a target-driven environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
*Valid UK driving licence
*A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within a reputable automotive environment
