Duties as a Fleet Sales Administrator:
*As the Fleet Sales Administrator, you will support the Group Fleet Manager with daily administrative tasks
*Managing all post-sale fleet administration including orders, invoices, and vehicle registration processes
*Preparing customer quotations, processing vehicle orders, and maintaining accurate records
*Allocating registration numbers, handling vehicle taxing, and producing invoices with precision
*Liaising with vehicle preparation teams to ensure PDI and valeting are completed efficiently
*Coordinating vehicle deliveries and customer collections to guarantee a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar administrative position, ideally within the automotive industry
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*High attention to detail to manage a high volume of admin tasks accurately
*Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
*Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
