Revenue Analyst – West Midlands (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Analyst to join a centralised revenue team within a leading hospitality business.
This hybrid role is based in the West Midlands and will support multiple sites, providing data-driven insight to drive commercial performance and revenue growth.
The Role:
*Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc revenue reports and performance commentary
*Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for revenue growth
*Support hotel and central teams with insights and recommendations
*Work closely with Revenue Managers to improve performance at property level
*Contribute to the development of reporting tools and systems (including Anaplan)
*Support wider business projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
*Previous experience in Hospitality Revenue Management or a similar analytical role
*Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
*Advanced Excel skills are essential
*Confident communicator, able to present data clearly and influence stakeholders
*Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
