Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Porter / Concierge to join the team at a residential development in Central/ West London.
Rota:Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
Main duties:
*Conduct morning and afternoon inspections of all common areas.
*Ensure entrances, lifts, stairwells, corridors, basement and car park areas are clean, safe and well presented.
*Hoover and mop entrances including lift interiors.
*Remove litter from external areas.
*Maintain bin storage areas in a tidy and hygienic condition.
*Collect and remove refuse; ensure no rubbish is left in communal areas.
*Clean the basement weekly.
*Replace communal light bulbs in accordance with Health & Safety regulations for working at height.
*Test sprinkler system weekly.
*Carry out security and maintenance checks during each shift.
Requirements:
*Experience in a residential, concierge, porter or facilities role.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
*Ability to work independently.
*Basic IT literacy (email and logging systems).
*Good understanding of Health & Safety principles
