Duties:
*As a General Sales Manager, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximise vehicle sales
*Drive sales growth and profitability across new and used vehicle departments in your capacity as General Sales Manager
*Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as the key figure in this position
*Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention
*Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and efficiently
*Ensure all administrative processes and reporting are completed accurately and within deadlines
*Maintain full compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager or in a senior sales management position within the motor trade
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Organised with meticulous attention to detail
*Driven, positive attitude with a hands-on management style
*Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a dealership setting
