Job Description:
Psychology Graduate
Location - Manchester (M15)
Pay - £480-£550 per week, depending on experience
Start date - 20/04/2026
Hours - 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking recent psychology graduates to join a large SEMH provision in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to pursue a career in education.
The school supports pupils aged between 11-18, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will:
*Support pupils 1:1, building strong rapport and relationships
*Collaborate with other staff members and external agencies to monitor progress and development
*Prepare engaging learning resources and activities to encourage engagement
What we are looking for:
*A recent degree in Psychology or Criminology
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
*Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
*Team Teach training is highly desired but training can be provided
To Be Eligible You Must:
*Hold the Right to Work in the UK
*Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
*Be able to provide two professional child-related references
