Duties of the Assistant Centre Manager:
*Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations as an Assistant Centre Manager
*Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
*Supervise and support technicians and fast-fit staff members
*Organise appointment schedules and optimise workflow efficiencies
*Maintain health and safety compliance within the workshop
*Promote additional services to meet and exceed sales targets
*Contribute to fostering a positive, productive team environment
Requirements for the Assistant Centre Manager role:
*Proven experience within a fast-fit or automotive service environment
*Demonstrable leadership and team motivation skills
*Strong organisational and communication abilities
*Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
*Technical knowledge, ideally with supervisory or technician background
*Full UK driving licence
