Multi Skilled Operative

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative’s to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:
*Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
*Carry out first and second fix joinery
*Undertake basic plumbing
*Complete patch plastering
*Complete tiling
Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:
*Full UK Driving Licence (No more than 6 points)
*Enhanced DBS or Basic DBS pref.
*NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
