Job Title: Exam Invigilator
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare exam rooms before and after assessments.
*Check candidate identification and ensure exam materials are distributed correctly.
*Supervise candidates throughout the exam to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
*Maintain a quiet and controlled environment at all times.
*Report any suspicious behaviour or irregularities to the Exams Officer.
*Collect and securely return exam papers and materials following each assessment.
*Provide assistance to candidates where permitted (e.g., dealing with medical needs or raising queries to authorised staff).
Requirements
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict exam procedures.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Punctual, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
*Professional and approachable manner.
*Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
*Flexible availability during exam seasons (typically mornings and afternoons).
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
