The role
You’ll take ownership of a varied property litigation caseload, working closely with an experienced team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.
Work will include:
*Residential and commercial property disputes
*Landlord & tenant matters
*Lease extensions and enfranchisement
*Boundary disputes and adverse possession
*Dilapidations and break notices
You’ll also play a role in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activity.
About you
*Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation
*Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Ideally experienced in enfranchisement / right to manage work
*Strong communicator with a commercial, client-first mindset
*Keen to get involved in networking and growing your own profile
