NXTGEN are supporting a regional law firm in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team, with a preference for their Lowestoft office, although other locations across Norfolk and Suffolk will be considered. This Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive role will see you handling a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration within a busy and well-established team.
The successful Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive will manage their own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider department, providing clear and practical advice to clients across a range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities*Managing a caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
*Providing clear and practical advice to clients across a range of private client matters
*Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
*Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
*Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
*Working closely with colleagues across the wider team where required
The Successful Candidate Will Have*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with experience in private client work
*Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
*Ability to manage their own caseload independently
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
*A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
*STEP qualification or working towards would be advantageous
Additional Information*Full-time position (part-time hours may be considered dependent on experience)
