London, Inside IR35, £250-340/Day rate, HybridThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing social division that has recently restructured and now has a clear roadmap for the year ahead. They are looking for a contractor who can blend hands-on analytics with strategic thinking, supporting high-profile social campaigns and always-on activity.The Company
They are a creative agency with a newly established social-focused team, built to deliver forward-thinking, platform-native content. With recent organisational changes and a refined structure now in place, they are strengthening their analytics capability to better support their portfolio of UK-based consumer brands. They work across fast-paced, culturally relevant accounts and operate in a highly collaborative environment. This project comes at a key moment as they embed new processes, tools and best practices across the team.The Role and Deliverables*Lead day-to-day social measurement and reporting across both always-on and campaign clients.
*Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
*Extract and structure data from platform CMS and analytics tools.
*Feed ongoing observations, trends, and performance insights back into internal teams and clients.
*Translate data outputs into strategic recommendations and help run briefing sessions for content teams.
*Support social-first, Gen Z-focused campaigns with cultural insight specific to the UK market.
Your Skills and Experience*Strong experience working with social analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
*Confident using social management tools such as Sprout or Sprinklr and accessing platform CMS data.
*Familiarity with social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, or similar.
*Solid understanding of UK social culture and platform behaviours, particularly across Instagram and TikTok.
*Ability to translate quantitative findings into a clear strategic direction for creative teams.
*Comfortable working hands-on with datasets, building tagging taxonomy or metadata frameworks where needed.
