Job Description:
We’re working with a highly reputable and expanding estate agents in Catterick Garrison, who due to growth, is looking to appoint a Lettings Administrator to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a varied, fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from both a service and compliance perspective.
Whether you already have experience in lettings or are looking to step into the industry with strong transferable skills, full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties with a strong focus on organisation and accountability
*Triaging maintenance issues and coordinating cost-effective repairs
*Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure timely resolutions
*Delivering a professional and responsive service at all times
*Ensuring properties remain fully compliant with current legislation
*Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and internal systems
*Attending occasional property visits and external appointments
*Participating in a shared out-of-hours emergency rota
Requirements:
*Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance and documentation
*Excellent organisation and time management
*Calm and effective under pressure
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
*Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership
*Lettings/property experience beneficial, but not essential
Training & Development
*Full training and ongoing support
*Level 3 Property Management qualification opportunity
