The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll be involved in projects from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
*Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
*Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
*Providing strategic planning advice
*Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors
About You
*Degree in Town Planning or a related field
*Working towards (or holding) MRTPI status
*Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
