Duties:
*Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics
*Perform repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
*Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard, maintaining customer satisfaction
*Complete accurate documentation for all diagnostic and repair work
*Maintain workshop health and safety standards at all times
*Assist apprenticeship and junior Vehicle Technicians as needed
*Support continuous improvement in workshop efficiency and customer service
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy automotive workshop environment
*Relevant recognised automotive qualifications; MOT Tester certification is desirable
*Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
*Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
*Enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused attitude
