Aftersales Manager - Luton
Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager seeking a new challenge within a well-established Dealership? Our client, a reputable Main Dealership in Luton, is looking to recruit a professional to lead their busy Aftersales Department. This is a crucial role that offers the opportunity to oversee operations, develop teams, and enhance customer satisfaction in a modern, supportive environment.
Benefits:
*£40,000 basic salary with OTE of £60,000
*Performance-related bonus scheme
*Company car provided
*Monday to Friday working hours with minimal weekend commitments
*22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:
*Lead, coach, and develop the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer service
*Manage the daily operations of the service and aftersales departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability
*Monitor workshop loading, utilisation, and operational performance as the Aftersales Manager
*Maintain high standards of quality and customer care
*Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
*Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
*Previous experience in an Aftersales Management or Service Management role within the motor trade
*Strong leadership and team management skills essential for an Aftersales Manager position
*Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to outstanding service delivery
*Commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving targets
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
