£38,000- £39,500 (pro-rated) – 3 x days
Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Hospitality Manager:
Duties:
*Managing a small team
*Purchasing stock and supplier liaison
*Managing catering and events budgets
*Processing payments and balancing payments
*Attending and co-ordinating some events
*Business promotion and development
*Adhering to excellent food and hygiene standards
*Incentivise and develop team
*All related administration
*Any other adhoc duties – a practical and hands-on approach is essential
