Job Description:
We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly and growing finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:• Processing and verifying supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and reconciling supplier statements.
• Maintaining supplier records and resolving queries.
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting.
• Assisting with general administrative duties within the finance team.
What We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Confident communicator when liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
