Management Accountant (Temp to Permanent)Salary: £40,000-£45,000

A well-known and respected retail business is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Management Accountant to join the Finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves producing monthly management accounts, supporting wider teams through strong business partnering, and ensuring full statutory compliance. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes proactively to business performance.
Key Responsibilities*Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
*Ensure statutory compliance and meet reporting deadlines
*Partner with and support teams across the business
*Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts
*Highlight risks and opportunities to senior finance, offering solutions
Qualifications & Experience*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
*3+ years’ experience in a similar role (ideally retail/wholesale)
*Advanced Excel and strong systems knowledge
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
*Proactive, resilient, able to perform under pressure
*Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
