I am working with a highly regarded, UK200-listed commercial law firm looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its well-established disputes team in Manchester.


The team is recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK and advises a strong client base of national and international businesses, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. You will be joining a collaborative and specialist team with an excellent reputation across the North West and beyond.


The Opportunity
This is a high-quality Property Litigation role offering exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value disputes, including:
*Commercial property and mixed-use development disputes
*Landlord & tenant matters (including forfeiture, lease renewals, and break notices)
*Service charge and dilapidations claims
*Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
*Possession and trespass claims
*Insolvency-related property issues
*Professional negligence and breach of contract claims
*Party wall, overage and land-related disputes


You will manage your own caseload while also supporting on more complex, high-value matters. There is strong scope to take on responsibility, build client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.


About You
The firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with around 8+ years PQE, ideally gained within a well-regarded commercial or regional firm.


You will demonstrate:
*Strong experience across a broad range of property litigation matters
*Confidence managing complex and high-value disputes
*Excellent drafting and technical skills
*A commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
