Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join our clients, an established independent mortgage brokerage in the Hertford area. This opportunity requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail
Working hours:
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you’ll be required to work Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
The successful Mortgage Paraplanner will be offered:
*£30,000 - £35,000
*24 days holiday + bank holidays
*Pension
*Free Parking
To be considered for the Mortgage Paraplanner role you must have:
*Keen interest in Mortgages
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
*Knowledge of the mortgage & property market would be advantageous
*Strong communication skills
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, your role will involve:
*Speaking to clients
*Advising them on product transfer rates
*Completing applications
*Liaising with Mortgage Advisors
*Updating records
