*In possession of a full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
*Conduct property valuations and negotiate rental prices with landlords
*Grow your property portfolio by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
*Arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers
*Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to generate repeat business
*Handle general administration to ensure smooth processes
