*Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
*Current experience within the Colchester property market (essential)
*A strong track record of winning business and closing deals
*A driven, target-focused mindset with a desire to succeed
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A professional, personable, and customer-first approach
*A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
