Block Property ManagerLocation: London/Essex
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Block Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential (and some mixed-use) buildings. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders and contractors, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant and professionally managed.
We’re recruiting to cover two portfolios, one West-London and one across Essex.
What You’ll Do*Manage day-to-day operations of residential developments
*Carry out property inspections and oversee maintenance and contractors
*Prepare and manage service charge budgets and expenditure
*Ensure health & safety, insurance and legal compliance
*Attend and support AGMs, client meetings and resident communication
*Handle queries and complaints with a solutions-focused approach
What We’re Looking For*Experience in residential leasehold property management
*Strong knowledge of service charges, compliance and legislation
*Excellent communication and organisation skills
*A proactive, professional and customer-centric mindset

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Working pattern: Hybrid working - required into the office 1 day week initially, moving to once monthly.
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (DOE) plus £4,500 car allowance
