Having built an enviable reputation within the Financial Services sector, we are now looking to recruit a Specialist Finance Recruiter. You will be working predominantly with clients in the Mortgage Sector, so a background in this is a definite advantage. Ideally, you may be an ex Mortgage Advisor looking to take your knowledge and expertise into a different sector, or an experienced Recruiter in FS looking for more flexibility. With our fantastic client bank, this role is very much Account Management and candidate focused, and you will have roles to work on immediately working alongside our MD.
We need recruiters who are hungry to succeed, with entrepreneurial flair and who want to part of something special. This role is self-employed with an appealing split. Laptop etc are all provided. We will give you the tools to allow you to develop your own style and what suits you best! We may be able to support you financially whilst you grow your pipeline.
We are looking for Recruiters who would be happy to come to the office initially, whilst onboarding, and then move to a hybrid working model with 1-2 days a week in the office once you are settled. We can definitely chat if you’re not located on our doorstep
Our hours are flexible. You may prefer an 8 am start or a 9.30 am start, so you can do your stuff first thing!
No 2 days are the same in our Agency, so the ability to think outside the box and multitask is essential, but here’s an example of some key responsibilities
The Job
Sourcing candidates via various job boards and internal CRM
Account Management of large accounts, including on site visits
Matching candidates to job roles, writing CV’s and bios (you must have great creative writing skills)
Organising interviews, negotiating offers and liaising with candidates and clients
