Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis to cover two sites - Derby and Leicester.
6 Month Contract
7.5 hours per week
£Hourly Rate
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing health surveillance programmes, including assessments, follow-ups, PPQ, and HAVS Tier 3
*Providing expert advice on occupational health matters, including workplace risk assessments and health promotion initiatives
*Conducting case management, including sickness absence reviews and return-to-work assessments
*Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in line with GDPR and company policies
*Liaising with HR, management, and external healthcare providers to support employee well-being
Qualifications and Experience:
*Registered General Nurse with proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
*HAVS Tier 3 trained
*Current NMC registration
*Ability to travel to site on a weekly basis where required
