Hours: Tuesday to Saturday - Full Time

OverviewWe are recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Lab Technician to join a well-established organisation based in Burton on Trent. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out routine laboratory tests and quality checks in line with company procedures.
*Accurately prepare, measure, and analyse samples.
*Record and maintain detailed data, results, and documentation.
*Ensure equipment is calibrated, maintained, and used safely.
*Follow strict health & safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
*Support senior lab staff with ongoing testing schedules and project work.
*Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the laboratory environment.
Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience working in a laboratory or quality control environment (preferred but not essential).
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
*Good numeracy, data entry, and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
