Description
The Finance Operations Lead will be responsible for the following;
*Oversee and manage all financial operations and processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
*Lead the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
*Oversee month end processes and prepare consolidated management accounts.
*Support in the preparation of statutory accounts preparation.
*Complete cashflow forecasting.
*Manage bank arrangements, supplier payments and ensuring complete and compliant financial records are kept.
*Streamline financial workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations.
*Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on key financial matters and audits.
*Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all platforms.
*Mentor and guide team members within the Accounting & Finance department.


Profile
A successful Finance Operations Lead should have:
*A strong background in Accounting & Finance, experience in the Not for Profit sector is essential.
*Professional qualifications in accountancy or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance management.
