Seeking a Project Payroll (Dayforce) specialist to come in and assist with a wider company (Retail) payroll transformation journey. This is a 6-month, rolling, remote specialist role!

Description
Project Payroll (Dayforce)


*Payroll Reporting
*Develop, validate, and maintain payroll reports within Dayforce.
*Analyse payroll data for accuracy, compliance, and trend insights.
*Support audit requirements by producing timely and accurate payroll outputs.

*Parallel Running
*Execute and compare Dayforce parallel payroll runs against legacy system outputs.
*Identify discrepancies, analyse variances, and support resolution of issues.
*Document findings and ensure payroll accuracy prior to go-live.

*System Uploads
*Prepare and validate bulk data uploads into Dayforce (employee data, pay components, timesheets, etc.).
*Ensure data integrity by performing pre- and post-upload quality checks.
*Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot upload errors or formatting issues.



Profile
Project Payroll (Dayforce)
*Immediately available or on short notice
*Payroll discrepancy spotting exposure
*Experience with parallel runs, uploads and managing multiple work-streams
*Strong communicator, organised and deadline driven
*Respond well to change and project requirements
*Work well with multiple departments - HR, Finance and the wider team
*Happy for an interim contract (minimum 6 months)
*Dayforce payroll exposure is ESSENTIAL
*Strong proficiency in bulk data prep (Excel, CSV’s etc.)
