*Be supported by in-house trainers and L&D specialists (not just "learn on the job")
*Build your own desk with a clear route into full 360 recruitment
What You’ll Be Doing*Sourcing and qualifying high-quality candidates
*Speaking to candidates daily and managing the interview process
*Supporting senior consultants on live roles with top-tier clients
*Learning business development and how to win new clients
*Working towards becoming a fully-fledged 360 consultant
What They’re Looking For*Strong academics (ideally a 2:1 or above)
*Evidence of sales ability, competitiveness or resilience (sport, part-time work, targets etc.)
*Confident communicator with good energy and presence
*Money-motivated and driven to progress quickly
*Someone who understands recruitment is fast-paced and not easy
