Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Senior Finance EA to join a large Financial Institution based in the West End. This position is working 9-5.30 with Friday usually working from home. This role is paying up to 60k and is available either immediately or open to a months notice. This company thrives on working to a fast pace and offers a positive environment in a great location. It will suit an EA who comes from a Finance background and has senior experience.
The role
To support a banking approximately 8 bankers
To support client activities and requirements in a proactive manner and liaising with clients
To pro-actively manage diaries, co-ordinate and schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and set up conference /video calls
Manage client contacts, and potentially inbox for Bankers
To make travel arrangements; book flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment for business travel (domestic & international), prepare itineraries for business travel, roadshows, visas etc.
To answer/direct incoming phone calls and provide secondary telephone coverage to bankers
Using Concur to process and monitor expenses to ensure prompt payment
To support less experienced members of the team e.g. mentoring or buddying
To offer cover for other Administrative Assistant when required to cover leaves

Technical and Specialist skills
Proficiency in Outlook
High level organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Friendly, can-do attitude, proactive
Proficient in all software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment –
