We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner for a School in Northampton Term Time Only.
Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £23,280 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Term Time Only + 6 weeks
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of the children in our Nursery. You will help create a stimulating, caring, and engaging environment, in line with the EYFS framework.
Key responsibilities
*Supporting children’s learning through purposeful play and planned activities
*Assisting in planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum
*Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
*Working collaboratively with colleagues and building positive relationships with parents
Who We Are Looking For
*Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
*Experience working in an Early Years setting
*A passion for early childhood development
*Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
