Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Assembly/Production Operative to build and test a range of manufactured products. The role involves using mechanical and hand tools, working independently or within a team, and ensuring build times, quality, and accuracy meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Assemble mechanical items
*Read and interpret assembly documentation
*Carry out testing and quality checks
*Meet production targets and deadlines
*Ensure products meet quality and customer requirements
Key Skills & Experience
*Ability to read engineering drawings
*Experience working from materials or assembly documentation
*Understanding of quality standards and measurement tools
*Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

*Team player with a flexible approach
*Good communication skills
*Ability to work with minimal supervision
