Head of Group Reporting (6 Month – Maternity Cover)
We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury retail business to recruit an experienced Head of Group Reporting on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, premium brand environment with a strong international presence.
The RoleReporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of all group reporting activities, ensuring high-quality, timely financial information across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading the group consolidation and monthly reporting process
*Delivering accurate and insightful board and investor reporting packs
*Managing statutory reporting and supporting the audit process
*Overseeing technical accounting matters and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
*Driving improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls
*Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
*Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
About YouWe are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will ideally have:
*ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
*Proven experience in group reporting within a multi-entity environment
*Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
*Experience within retail, consumer, or a fast-paced multi-site business (highly desirable)
*The ability to operate at pace and manage competing priorities
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
