We’re working with a growing business in Harrogate that’s looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of customer relationships, managing orders, stock, and forecasts, while playing a key part in helping the business grow.
What You’ll Do*Take ownership of customer accounts, providing proactive solutions and support
*Manage order placement, forecasting, and stock levels
*Build strong, lasting relationships with both customers and internal teams
*Help drive business growth and win market share from competitors
*Travel occasionally to meet with clients
What We’re Looking For*Strong customer service skills and experience in an office environment
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
*Comfortable using Excel, email, and CRM systems
