Job Description:
Do you have administration experience in the logistics sector? Are you looking to join a reputable company where you can develop and grow?


We are looking for a full-time Stock & Administration Clerk to join our Doncaster team at Trax Park.
You will be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday on a 3-week rotating shift pattern:
*06:00 - 14:00
*08:00 -16:00
*14:00 - 22:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:




*Perform all required administration tasks in line with Company and Client procedures
*Managing sales orders to high service levels
*Booking in imports, generating picks, despatching deliveries and returns
*Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of procedural requirements
*Maintaining accurate records and archives
*Using warehouse management system – WMS to scan, log and update inventory records accurately
*Assisting with other duties within the department as required




What you need to succeed at GXO:


*Experience in warehouse administration is preferred
*Ability to work to deadlines
*A strong ’Can Do’ attitude to succeed in a demanding environment
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft applications
*Good customer service skills
