Service AdvisorLocation: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 Basic | £34,000 – £38,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota
The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Exeter.
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience while supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities*Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work
*Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval
*Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
*Upselling additional work, services, and products
*Liaising with the workshop and technicians
*Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
*Delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction (CSI)
Requirements*Previous experience as a Service Advisor
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Good sales and upselling ability
*Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Experience with systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable)
*Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits*£30k–£33k basic depending on experience
