*Manage daily bank reconciliations and financial transactions
*Process CHAPS and faster payments for completions
*Handle month-end and year-end financial processes
*Oversee credit control and internal billing
*Maintain and update the ALB system database
*Reconcile legal aid monies accurately
*Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules at all times
*Manage office payments including utilities and services

What we are looking for
The ideal Legal Cashier will bring both technical expertise and a collaborative approach:
*Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Legal Cashier role
*Strong understanding of client and office accounts (strict separation essential)
*Solid knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
*Confident using accounts systems
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
*A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
