Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Norwich
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota
The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich.
This is a great opportunity to work within a professional workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
*Perform diagnostics and fault finding using modern equipment
*Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings
*Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
*Maintain accurate records of work carried out
*Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team
Requirements*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
*Strong diagnostic skills (advantageous for higher salary bracket)
*MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
*Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits*£32k–£42k basic depending on experience
*OTE up to £50k+ for senior / diagnostic techs
