Job Description:
Senior Service AdvisorLocation: Ipswich
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Basic | £38,000 – £42,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
Weekends: 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis)
The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities*Act as the lead contact for service customers
*Support and mentor junior Service Advisors
*Handle customer complaints and escalations
*Upsell additional work, services, and products
*Manage daily bookings and workshop diary
*Liaise between customers and the workshop
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
*Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency
Requirements*2–4+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor
*Previous senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up)
*Strong customer service and sales ability
*Experience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred)
*Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
*Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits*£30k–£36k basic depending on experience
*£38k–£42k realistic OTE
