Job Description:
Financial Reporting Manager, Market Leading Group, North London, c£75k
This is an opportunity to join a major UK Group with significant scale, operational complexity and long-term stability, operating as part of a wider international group.
The UK Group generates c.£450m annual turnover across seven legal entities, with the core operating company accounting for c.£350m. It runs a people-heavy operating model across 14 sites nationwide. The organisation is backed by a global parent group with multi-billion turnover, providing strong governance, investment and structure.
This is a high-profile role sitting within Group Finance, with responsibility for delivering accurate, timely reporting and supporting statutory and consolidated accounts across a multi-entity environment.
You will take ownership of regional financial and non-financial reporting, ensuring all submissions meet both local and parent company deadlines. Working across multiple systems, you will play a key role in consolidation, control and reporting integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles across multiple business units
*Coordinating submissions into group reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
*Supporting the audit process and group consolidated accounts
*Leading the preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS
*Ensuring strong financial control, including balance sheet integrity and reconciliations
*Overseeing intercompany reconciliations and cashflow validation
*Partnering with business units to ensure reporting standards are met
*Supporting ad hoc projects and group-level reporting requirements
*Opportunity to support tax, treasury and compliance activities over time
*Involvement in ERP development and finance transformation initiatives
*Exposure to senior stakeholders across finance and operations
The Profile
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Strong corporate reporting and consolidation experience
*Proven track record in statutory accounts preparation under IFRS
*Technically strong with a solid understanding of group reporting environments
*Confident communicator, able to engage with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment
*Proactive, driven and solutions-oriented
