Financial Controller
*Annual Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
*Location: Norwich

Reed Finance Norwich are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, Norwich based business to recruit for a Financial Controller to provide strategic financial direction and leadership, supporting company growth and maintaining their strong family heritage.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified finance professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to support the senior leadership team with growth plans and strategic business development.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
*Overseeing financial governance, controls and compliance
*Maintaining accurate records and support strategic decision-making alongside the Head of Finance
*Assist the SLT with pricing models and commercial appraisals
*Manage, coach and develop the finance team
*Lead monthly management accounts and produce clear financial reports and commentary
*Coordinate annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term financial models
*Manage cashflow forecasting
*Communicate key financial information to internal teams and leadership
*Build productive relationships with suppliers, auditors and external advisors
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Have 5+ years post qualification experience
*Have proven track record as a senior finance leader
*Have experience operating within a multi-site organisation
*Be able to balance strategic vision with operational execution
