One of Herefordshire’s longest-established firms is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team. This is a permanent role based in its Hereford office, with both full-time and part-time positions considered.

The Role
The firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a full range of commercial property matters, from instruction to completion, with comprehensive support provided.

You will work within a team of two solicitors and another part-time solicitor taking over an existing caseload and taking on new matters from the outset based in your own office (not open plan).

The caseload will be diverse caseload to include commercial lease transactions, sale and purchase transactions, partnership matters and property tax planning. You will also assist in more complex property and sale and acquisitions.
The Candidate
You will be local, with strong ties to the area and local knowledge. The role requires at least 1 years of experience managing your own caseload independently. A willingness to participate in networking and marketing events is also desirable.
