Our client is a small founder-led marketing services and publishing group operating across a fully integrated omni-channel platform. From content strategy, social media and YouTube channel management to live-stream video, print, media sales, PR, and influencer marketing, the group delivers impactful campaigns for its customers.
The group is looking for a commercially minded Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and help shape the next phase of the group’s development.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the business. The job holder will:
*Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, contributing to strategy and growth plans
*Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis
*Provide commercial insight on pricing, client profitability, and new opportunities
*Ensure strong financial control, cash flow management, and compliance
*Support a dynamic, multi-revenue business spanning agency services, media, and content
*Take a hands-on approach in a lean, fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Currently working as a Finance Director or a strong number 2 ready for their first FD role
*Experience in marketing services, media, publishing, PR, or similar sectors
*Commercially astute, strategic in outlook, and hands-on in delivery
*Confident partnering with senior stakeholders in an entrepreneurial environment

The role is substantially office based in Central London and offers a negotiable salary of c £100k plus a package of benefits commensurate with the seniority of the role.
