Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (ideally office based but open to 1 day WFH)

About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team, where you will support and help manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
This is an office-based position, designed to provide close support, mentoring, and ongoing training to help you develop your skills and progress your career.


Key Responsibilities*Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
*Managing multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care
*Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case progression
*Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional manner
*Drafting documents and using case management systems effectively


About YouWe are looking for candidates who:
*Have experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
*Are working towards a Junior Conveyancer role or already in a similar position
*Possess strong organisational and communication skills
*Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy workload
*Are confident using legal systems and digital tools
*Can work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (not essential):
*Formal conveyancing qualifications (e.g. CLC, LPC, or equivalent)
*Experience handling client communications and preparing legal documents
