Description
As a Clinical Negligence Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:
*Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
*Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
*Draft and review documentation, including pleadings and witness statements.
*Engage in settlement negotiations and liaise effectively with opposing parties.
*Support junior team members by sharing expertise and offering guidance when needed.
*Conduct research to stay updated on changes in clinical negligence law.
*Maintain strong client relationships and uphold professional standards at all times.
*Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the team’s success and overall objectives.
Profile
A successful Clinical Negligence Associate/Senior Associate should have:
