Job Description:
The Customer Development Manager will join a highly passionate business and team to help them realise their ambitious growth plan. Already an established drinks brand, now ready to expand into Foodservice, HORECA to Away from Home, you’ll be instrumental in unlocking new business opportunities.

Description
Purpose of the Role
You’ll own a portfolio of Retail and Foodservice customers and build long term, trusted partnerships that drive growth for both sides. This is a hands on, commercially focused role where you’ll create your own business plan, shape customer strategy, and deliver against KPIs across revenue, margin, distribution, and share.
You’ll operate with autonomy, but never alone. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive, collaborative team all pulling in the same direction.

* A naturally engaging, confident communicator who builds relationships with ease
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
* Strong commercial instincts with some experience in sales, account management, or customer facing roles
* Comfortable using data and insights to build a compelling story
* Strong negotiator with the ability to positively influence outcomes

*Competitive base + car allowance
*Hybrid working pattern - must be able to access Hampshire 2-3 days per week
