Up to 110,000 plus bonusThis is an opportunity to shape the next generation of intelligent, personalised consumer experiences at scale. You will lead product strategy for cross-journey systems that help millions of users make better financial decisions, working at the intersection of product, data, and decisioning.The Company

As they evolve toward more intelligent and personalised experiences, they are building new systems that integrate guidance, decisioning, and behavioural insight across the entire customer journey.The Role
* Define how personalisation and intelligence are applied across product journeys and systems.
* Lead cross-journey and cross-product strategy, focusing on end-to-end customer experience rather than isolated features.
* Identify where intelligence adds genuine customer value and guide teams away from unnecessary or hype-driven solutions.
* Partner closely with Decisioning, Data, Engineering, and other Product Leads to shape platform-wide systems.
* Bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
* Influence stakeholders across functions as a senior individual contributor.Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience delivering consumer product experiences at scale.
* Proven capability in personalisation, recommendation systems, or behavioural guidance.
* Ability to think in systems and journeys rather than standalone features.
* Comfortable working with data, decisioning, and ML-adjacent teams without being a technical specialist.
* Pragmatic understanding of where AI and intelligence can and cannot add value.
* Confident operating in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.What They Offer
